Nine months has passed since sharing the news of my leadership position. I’ve been really enjoying my role and working on some challenging and innovative stuff. I had every intention of writing monthly but, (“easy cop out”) my creative juices definitely were being overspent on other things from building a brand new team to renovating my new house.
